Namd fetches and analyses publicly available pages on a domain you submit, and reports what it found. A report describes the state of those pages at the time of the scan. We make no warranty that a report is complete, that it stays accurate as your site changes, or that it covers every issue on the domain.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that fixing anything in a report will increase your traffic, your revenue, or how often a model names you. A report shows the score today, the score if the findings are fixed, and the arithmetic behind both. That arithmetic is checkable. Anything beyond it is not something we claim.
3. No professional advice
A report is technical analysis, not legal, financial or tax advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.
4. Model output and third parties
Answer engines change their models, their sources and their answers without notice, and we do not control them. Findings that reference an engine's output describe what that engine returned when we asked, not a stable property of the engine.
Our site and reports may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices. A link is not an endorsement.
5. Proposed changes to your site
Where we open a pull request, it is a proposal. Someone on your side reviews the diff and merges it, or does not. Nothing reaches your site without that approval, and you remain responsible for what you merge.
6. Availability of the service
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namd and its personnel against claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
