1. Scope
This policy explains what can and cannot be refunded. Most of it is short, because there is very little to charge for.
2. The scan is free
The scan at namd.tech costs nothing. It needs no account and no card, and we take no payment for it. There is nothing to refund.
3. No subscriptions
We do not run subscriptions, plans or tiers. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel and no billing period to be refunded part of.
4. Quoted work
Ongoing work is scoped per site and quoted per engagement. What happens if either party stops the work, including any refund of amounts already paid, is set out in that quote. This policy does not add to or override it.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you have been invoiced for something you did not agree to, write to hello@namd.tech with the invoice and we will correct it.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
